Policy for Payment of Tuition
Tuition payments can be made in 3 different ways:
• Yearly (2% discount given for payment received on or before June 1st.)
• Semester (Payments due June 1st and January 1st)
• Monthly through F.A.C.T.S. Payments are automatically drafted from your account on the
5th
or 20th of the
month beginning in June through the
following March.
Tuition Assistance Program
• Families may apply for limited assistance through FACTS Grant &
Aid. The NEW tuition
schedule is published in January and FACTS
applications are available beginning mid-
January
• FACTS applications are due during February. A complete
enrollment packet and $150
registration fee per child must be received prior to
any consideration for financial assistance.
• Families will know the extent of their financial assistance from Our Lady of
Lourdes School
in April.
• The maximum award for any student may be up to, but not exceeding, the IN-PARISH rate
for
that student.

Parish Status
The tiered tuition schedule at Our Lady of Lourdes school is designed to recognize families who actively participate in Our Lady of Lourdes Parish through mass attendance, offering of time and talents, and financial support. The Lourdes parish makes an investment in the catholic education of your child and in return, you are asked to be active and support the Lourdes parish and its faith community. To more fully understand the criteria which determines your rate status, please refer to the Parish Affiliation Form.
Registration Fee/Deposit
The annual tuition listed above does not include the annual $150 per student registration fee. The registration fee is non-refundable and due upon submission of the enrollment packet. In addition, all new families to Our Lady of Lourdes School must pay a 10% non-refundable deposit of the total tuition in order to secure a place for their child(ren). This deposit is applied towards the total tuition due.
Payment Options
1) Annual ** One payment of total tuition due 06/02/08. (Eligible for a 2% discount above if payment received by due date)
2) Semi-annual ** First payment of ½ of total tuition due 06/02/08 Second payment of ½ of total tuition due 01/05/09.
3) FACTS monthly plan drafts 1/10th of total tuition directly from your checking or savings account. FACTS charges an annual $38 set-up fee and a $25 fee for any NSF or stop payment order.
** A late fee of $50 will be assessed for any payment not received by the due date.
Withdrawal/refund policy
In order to withdrawal a student, you must provide written notification to the principal. You will receive a refund of 100% of any tuition paid (the $150 registration fee is non-refundable) if the notification is received prior to 06/01/08 After 06/01/08, 10% of the total tuition will be forfeited each month after June 1 that notification is received (i.e. 10% for June, 20% for July, 30% for August, etc.).
