Mrs. Lori Elliott

While a North Carolina Teaching Fellow at North Carolina State University (GO WOLFPACK!) in Raleigh, Mrs. Elliott worked as a resident advisor and earned her Bachelor of Arts in English. She taught in Wilson, North Carolina at Beddingfield High School her first year.  After she got married, she moved to Raleigh and worked at South Granville High School in Creedmoor, North Carolina for three years. She participated in the Capital Area Writing Project, advised the yearbook, learned and taught Paideia, and attended North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching during this time.   She then had two children and stayed home with them until going back to teaching at Carroll Middle School in Raleigh teaching sixth grade language arts. In 2004 Mrs. Elliott joined her children at Our Lady of Lourdes teaching sixth and seventh grade language arts. For fun she likes to paint, read, walk, swim, bake, and cheer for the Wolfpack!
