Mrs. Helen Will
Mrs. Will has taught at Our Lady of Lourdes for
fourteen years. Before that she taught in the Wake County School System and in
schools in Pennsylvania. She was a religious education teacher for ten years at
Saint Luke’s Church in Raleigh. There she prepared children for First
Reconciliation and First Eucharist.
Mrs. Will attended Catholic schools in Pennsylvania. She earned her BS in Elementary Education from West Chester University. She has done graduate work at West Chester and Widener Universities. Mrs. Will and her husband, Ray, are the parents of eight grown children and the grandparents of four. Mrs. Will loves to read especially mysteries. She also enjoys playing trivia games with her family. Mrs. Will enjoys her second graders and loves to see them grow in knowledge and in their love of Christ.
Mrs. Liz Frinzl
Mrs. Frinzl was born in Dublin, Ireland. She came
to the United States as a child. She lived in Cleveland, Ohio, and attended Catholic
grade school and high school. She graduated from Cleveland State University with
a BS in Elementary Education. She taught in the Cleveland Diocese for six years
and is starting her seventeenth year in the Raleigh Diocese. She and her husband
(Ken) are members of St. Michael’s parish in Cary. Now that their
three children have grown up, they take advantage of their free time to travel.
Mrs. Regina Lopes
Mrs. Lopes is in her seventh year at OLL. She began as a playground supervisor and is now a second grade teacher’s assistant. She served as a catechist for the seventh grade Youth Group for three years. Mrs. Lopes was born in São Paulo, Brazil, where she worked for five years as a substitute teacher for the first thru fifth grades in a private Catholic school. She majored in Biology. Mrs. Lopes was also a catechist and a choir member at her home parish for almost twenty years. She is currently a Eucharist minister during our Friday masses.
