James Purse joins the staff this year as our new Assistant Principal. Originally from the Midwest, Mr. Purse has an educational psychology degree from Miami University of Ohio. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Educational Leadership and Administration through Trinity University in Washington, DC. Mr. Purse has a strong background in both public and Catholic education, specializing in differentiated instruction. In addition to playing lacrosse in college, Mr. Purse has many years of Athletic leadership experience, both on and off the field, in a variety of sports.

James and his wife Andrea have recently relocated to the Triangle with their beautiful black Labrador, Quinn, and count themselves among the Carolina faithful. Go Heels!
